How does Magnus get paid?
Three models: (1) Flat sourcing fee per project, (2) Monthly retainer for ongoing work, (3) Cost-plus on production with transparent margin. We prefer retainer — aligns our incentives with your savings.
What info do you need to start?
Drawings (PDF/STEP/IGES/sketches), target annual quantity, destination country, quality/certification requirements, target lead time.
Supplier exclusivity?
Default: NOT exclusive — keeps factory utilised and prices competitive. For sensitive programmes, exclusivity arrangements (12-36 months) for a premium.
If a supplier underperforms?
Magnus owns supplier management. We identify the issue, drive corrective action, transition to backup if needed. Your contract is with Magnus.
